How to Register for Your Exam
To get started, sign in to the ABFAS website with your ABFAS username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click here.
After you have signed in, click on “Step 1: Register for an Exam” on the left-hand side and follow the steps to select and pay for your exam. You will then be registered for your exam and able to schedule your exam with Pearson VUE.
If you are logging in by smart phone or tablet, you will find “Register for an Exam” under the Account Overview heading.

How to Schedule Your Exam
To schedule your exam(s), sign into your abfas.org profile, then click the "Step 2: Schedule/View Exam with Pearson VUE" button under Account Overview, which will bring you to the Pearson VUE scheduling web page.

Rescheduling
You may reschedule examinations as long as there is examination seat availability at a Pearson VUE Professional Center. Typically, examination seats fill quickly, and rescheduling becomes difficult about 30 days before examination day. You can reschedule examinations any time up to 24 hours before examination day. The process to reschedule is the same as scheduling. Sign in to the ABFAS website, and click on the “Step 2: Schedule/View Examination with Pearson VUE” button to begin the process. There is no fee to reschedule.
