Resources
All candidates have to complete documentation in order to attain Board Qualification.
Residency Completion Certificate and State License
Submission of both residency completion certificate and a current, valid, state medical license to ABFAS.
Surgical Case Logs
All cases performed or participated in by candidates during a residency program must meet minimum training requirements from CPME and logged into PRR.
